Poor factory support/product quality
Generator (ETQ IN 1000i) was damaged in the box. Appears to have been packaged damaged, since box it was shipped in was undamaged. Product support is non-existant. Having problems returning. Putting burden on me to resolve. Very unhappy with the product quality and manufacturer support.

Great starter generator
I had this generator before upgrading to the Yamaha 2000i. It was a great investment for the price and it did its job well. I used it for my first year of tailgating and it worked fine. I just needed more power eventually and stepped up to the dream generator (Yamaha 2000i)
